Qingdao Hong Yang Wooden Co., Ltd. (HY) is a specialized Nursery Furniture manufacturer with current production capacity over 100 HQ containers per month.
HY was established in 1998, located in Qingdao City*, 40 minutes from the Qingdao Airport or Qingdao city center, 30 minutes from Qingdao Port.
HY is a partner company of Dong Meng Woods (DM), which was established in 1992 in Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province. Heilongjiang Province is a famous Chinese forest region, where has rich timber resources. DM supplies HY with good quality Chinese timbers, HY also imports other spices from global market, such as radiate pine from New Zealand.
HY begun to make nursery furniture in 2001, we have supplied baby room sets (cribs, dressers and organizers) to large US retail chains. Since then, HY has concentrated on becoming a specialized nursery furniture OEM manufacturer and developed our factory layout and production lines in accordance with the special need of the nursery furniture. HY owns two production plants both equipped with advanced specialty machines, such as, automatic painting machine, electrostatic spraying machine, moulders, laminating machine, group drill, tenoning machine, sanding machine etc. We have realized high automation in production.
HY R&D team consisting of 5 professional engineers who has extensive experience and are familiar with all updated regulations in the niche.
HY quality control department has more than 20 quality controller, it is led directly by General Manager, independent from production. They are strictly working in accordance with the principle of "zero defect quality control procedure" developed in house and tailored to our need. In order to ensure good quality, we build a test lab in the factory. We have invested in advanced testing machine from Taiwan which could test lead and heavy metal elements. This allows us to test our raw materials more often and to get an instant result also improve our production process. In regarding to workshop management, we carry out 5S management.
HY also completed the ISO9001:2001 certificate and the FSC certificate, we always keep ahead of the industry, to provide our customers with more choices and best service.
